It’s the first beer I was able to drink on a regular basis and in my opinion the perfect beer for those starting out on their beer journey.
You know that thing we say about America “As American as Apple Pie”?
Well, this is the beer version of that.
After coming to America and founding the Anheuser-Busch Company with his father-in-law, Adolphus Busch created his dream of an American beer-thus Budweiser was born.
Every Beer is better when served cold, and Budweiser is no exception. However unlike many beers whether in a bottle, a can or from the tap it’s all pretty much the same. Budweiser would care to differ and I suppose it always FEELS better when drinking from a glass. They even have a whole page (and a very fun one at that) on their website dedicated to the perfect pour.
Budweiser is a basic lager. It has a pale golden color and pours with a foamy white head. It’s even and consistent and has a very light taste of hops. It goes down smooth and one of it’s best perks is that it’s cheap and available nearly everywhere.
It’s without a doubt that this beer is one you should keep around at all times, even if you keep it in the back of your fridge, esp. if you have people over on a regular basis.
I give this beer 3 sparkles
